The Weekend
Since August is our anniversary month, I have decided to change the background to something special! We took it easy this weekend and relaxed at the apartment. J got some much needed homework done, and Zuri had the opportunity to rest...as much as an active (even one who doesn't feel well) two-year old rests. Earlier this week, Zuri came down with a fever which only lasted a day. Then last night she came down with another one, and was up every twenty minutes or so all night long. Needless to say, we were all tired today! We decided that although we had gotten her fever down again, that two fevers in one week is a little suspicious, so we took her into see the doctor. They checked for strep throat and an ear infection--neither of which she has. She does have a pretty sore throat, so we are keeping an eye on it!
We have two more weekends left here in Georgia before we head back to Utah. The summer has flown by so quickly!

You are coming back to Utah soon. I know all of you are having a good time in Georgia and many people in Utah miss you.
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting Utah this month for a week. I'm going to see some of my friends there, visit some national parks, see the musical "Lion King" that a friend of mine plays and attend BYU Campus Educatoin Week. I haven't been in Utah in summer for several years, so I'm kinda excited. Are you excited to come back to Utah?
Kaiya has been getting her 2 yr old molars. Sometimes fevers happen with that. Have you gotten a look at her teeth in the back recently?

Kimie: I hope you enjoy your visit to the States and to Utah! We won't be back in Utah until after the 20th. We are excited to come back to Utah to get back to our own things and for Josh to finish off school.
ReplyDeleteSam: I have been thinking it might have something to do with her molars but I haven't checked quite yet. Do you have a blog? I would love to see pics of Kaiya!
Oh, I will be in Utah till August 19. Too bad. Maybe next time.
ReplyDeleteHave great days in Georgia!
