Saturday evening we spent time at the pool. Zuri has gotten to be such a little swimmer. When we first arrived here in April, Zuri was glued to me if the water went over her head (since the swimming pool starts at three feet, she was automatically over her head). Zuri and I have spent quite a bit of time at the pool this summer and it really shows--she even did a little swimming on her own (with the assistance of floaties of course)!
I took a couple videos as well. I took it on my camera, which doesn't have audio--sorry about that. The first video is the longer of the two and where Zuri has her floaties on her arms. She was hugging the wall for a bit, and then swims away. The second video is much after she has chucked the arm floaties and refused to wear them. She had been chasing after her toys and I thought she was going to her frisbee but she was coming to me.
