London--Part 2

Nina took us through Parliament Square.  Since there is so much on Parliament Square, I am breaking it down into several posts.  This post will be focused on a lot of the surrounding buildings and the London Eye, along with the infamous red telephone booths.

 Newly weds getting their pictures done in the booth.  In fact, it was very rare to see the booths vacant, sometimes there would be lines with people wanting to get their pictures taken.  I don't know why Emily and I didn't do it when we saw a few empty ones.  It would have been fun.  When we were with Nina, though, we were on a time crunch, but we had the opportunity later and it just didn't cross our minds.

The London Eye:

The mimes were a little scary and quite pushy.  Not sure what they wanted, exactly, but they wouldn't leave us alone even when we very pointedly told them to leave us alone and then ignored them.  Creepy.
