Grandpa, Will You Play With Me?

My grandparents and my dad came in from California to spend a couple weeks with us in early August (my dad stayed a week).  Although we really didn't do much while they were here, we enjoyed spending the time with them.  My grandparents have been talking about selling their house in California and moving out here near us, which would be really nice.  They are planning on coming back out when the baby is born--we look forward to seeing them again in a few months!

Dad spent most of his time with Zuri.  She kept him busy with bubbles, candyland, and the trampoline (among other things).  She would go into his room early in the morning to get him up and pretty much stuck like glue to him the whole time he was here.  She also entertained us by creating new dances from the Phineas and Ferb soundtrack we have downloaded onto the iPad.  I was able to get a video and will post it another time, but just know, it is stinking cute.

There was a neighborhood watch party in the park where they had a huge slip and slide all the way down the hill.  Zuri was fearless, often running and diving headfirst down the slide.  In this shot she is on her bum (the small pink person in the lower- middle-right).  She had a blast, but was covered head to toe in grass when she was done.

Grandpa and Grandma noticed that other than the swing, we didn't have any patio furniture, so as a house-warming gift they bought us this table and chair set!  We love it!  Thank you!
